Geishu Ebisu - for Seto Inland Sea flavors
Geishu Ebisu offers kaiseki ryori individually served refined dishes using the choicest seasonal ingredients from Hiroshima's mountains and sea.

Geishu Ebisu is a restaurant specializing in Hiroshima local cuisine with the flavors of the Seto Inland Sea. Here diners can enjoy the foods of each passing season served in the form of kaiseki ryori cuisine. A particular attraction is the traditional geishu-nabe seafood stew.

A place to savor kaiseki ryori dishes at leisure in rooms with a richly Japanese atmosphere.

All meals are served in individual rooms. Fourteen rooms are available, seating from two to 60 persons.
